Are you a data driven category marketer who translates data into insights, and produces unmatched creative storytelling presentations to both internal and external stakeholders?Signature Career Management have exclusively partnered with a global blue-chip food company who are a household name in the frozen food category.
They are looking to bring on a Senior Category Manager who is either an experienced Category Manager or a current Senior Category Manager.
The main thing for them is that you are a conscientious, driven individual, with a growth mindset, who can be commercial and analytical at the same time.
Having one without the other will not be enough for this role – you need to be able to analyse and interpret data, to then produce strong insights and effective story telling for both external retails as well as internal stakeholders.
the expert in understanding the brands consumer, the category consumer of the future and how the brand will continue to recruit them including recommendations on price and promotions.
work closely with the sales team to maximise the performance of priority ranges within customers to improve distribution and ensure delivery of the commercial plan.
build relationships and trust with key customers to positively influence core category performance for mutual benefit. in a Category Manager or Senior Category Manager capacity.working with data sets like IRI, Kantar, Dunhumby, Retail Link or HIVE.
ability to influence others, manage projects and turn insights into actions.
The successful applicant will have experience in performing in an FMCG Category or Sales role, dealing with major Grocery Retailers.
