- Positively represent Beavertown Brewery at promotions, tastings and special events
- Collaborate with the Senior National Account Manager to achieve sales and distribution goals by developing compelling commercial propositions for our customers
- Connect with all key internal stakeholders to bring strategy together in tandem e.g. Trade Marketing, etc.
- Ensure all customers are met at least once a month
- Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date of industry news and trends
- Network at all key trade events to grow your network and market insight learning
- Be available for evening and weekend customer meeting/events
- Strong negotiation principles and techniques to ensure the right commercial outcome is achieved
- Experience managing a leading UK On trade group is highly
- Proven track record in building strong customer relationships
- Strong experience taking the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify customer and market needs and challenges
- Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data
- Demonstrated diligence and end to end follow through on all commitments
- First class communication skills including presenting – easily able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated technical skills required for the preparation of professional and effective sales presentations
- Translate market and data insight into successful actionable outcomes
- Building strategies which deliver successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to independently achieve performance goals
- A passion for craft beer as well as being well-connected to the craft brewing community

A Bit About Us
Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery and mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.
Now, we're happily brewing loads of great beer - for everyone to enjoy - anywhere in the universe...although tastes best when drank on Earth. So, if you're after some tasty beer with a difference you've come to the right place.
The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you'll develop and enhance our relationships with some of our national and regional On Trade groups? In this role, you'll have direct account responsibility for specific On Trade groups and will have accountability for our range of beers within those customers.
be responsible for everything from ideation to working with a team to launch products to market, all the way through to performance analysis. You'll use your creative and commercial mindset in this role where you'll collaborate with our amazing marketing, sales, planning and brewing teams.
