Founded in 2003 by Dong Hyun Kim, his mission was simple, to make fresh and flavorsome sushi and bento available to everyone.

Almost 20 years later Wasabi have 43 successful branches across London, other UK major cities and New York.


The journey continued in 2019 with the launch of Wasabi Home Bento exclusively into Sainsbury's through the future brands scheme.

Now two years into this journey the business has broken all records, Wasabi are not only the fastest growing ready meal brand but also #2 ready meal brand in the market.

And we're just getting started. The leadership team have set out their 5 year strategy which encompasses company growth, franchise and international expansion.

Our menu is renowned for its distinctiveness, freshness and flavour.

The cold food range of sushi, pokes and salads are made fresh daily in our branch kitchens and our hot bento, noodle bowls and soups offer an indulgent and comforting alternative to our broad and democratic demographic.


As we prepare for out next phase of growth and innovation, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Drivers Helper to join our Team based in Park Royal.


The Role:

To support delivery drivers, ensure of the products and goods safely and efficiently to designated location within set timeframe. Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials and deliver high standards of customer care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Loading and unloading company products.
  • Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
  • Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
  • Reporting all deliveryrelated problems to senior staff.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
  • Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
  • Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
  • Obtaining clients' and customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
  • Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Flexible to work various hours on shift rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.
  • Proven customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • The ability to lift heavy objects

  • Good communication skills with a good command of the English language

  • Previous experience within in similar role would be adventurous (no experience needed)
  • Previous experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment (no experience needed)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy items
