Looking for the next big step in your career? We're looking for an expert Senior Project Manager ready to direct us in shaping our marketing and design initiatives through both internal and external project management

We are Cre8, a design studio based in Birmingham that pushes the boundaries of the health and care space through innovative design and strategic marketing.

We are looking for a talented individual who can manage a wide array of internal and external client projects, ensuring seamless implementation, setting clear expectations, and keeping the team informed to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and on schedule.

What you'll be responsible for:

Working in close collaboration with the Head of Creative & Design, you'll lead internal and external projects, employing a diverse skill set to ensure our work stands out in our competitive industry.

Be front-facing, leading on external calls and in-person meetings, digesting information and relaying it back to the wider team efficiently and succinctly.

Leveraging your proficiency in project management platforms, you'll oversee the conceptualization and execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring consistency and high quality.

Directing the focus of campaigns towards upcoming global events, shaping both internal and external messaging to encapsulate our brand identity.

Taking the lead on external projects to bolster our brand's presence across various channels, utilizing your expertise to leave a lasting impression.

Driving the growth and advancement of Cre8 through innovative strategies and proactive problem-solving initiatives.

Seizing opportunities to expand your expertise by immersing yourself in different facets of the business, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

Thriving in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues across various disciplines and taking ownership of unfamiliar tasks.

Desirable Qualities:

You hold a PRINCE2 Certificate.

Prior experience in a fast-paced design agency environment, with a strong understanding of the typical client-to-solution process.
