We are currently looking for a Principal Analytical Chemist to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area.

As the Principal Analytical Chemist you will be responsible for being the subject matter expert for the organic or inorganic testing facility, training the junior staff and helping progress the laboratory through analytical testing and development.

Create and implement business improvement ideas that will increase the quality of our analytical capabilities, the service we provide to our clients, and the availability of instruments in all parts of the organic/inorganic lab.

Examine and implement unconventional approaches and data creation in accordance with client and company requirements.
Provide ongoing instruction to the crew of the organic/inorganic laboratory.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Principal Analytical Chemist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
Relevant degree in a science related field, preferably Chemistry.

Key Words:
GC, GCMS, ICP, OES, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Environmental.
