- Make liability enquiries following Adjuster's Manual guidelines via phone, correspondence, or field visits.
- Evaluate quantum and adjust reserves accordingly.
- Negotiate settlements and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Review claims regularly to ensure accuracy and timely closure.
- Build client relationships and assist in office administration.
- Prior experience in Casualty Claims Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate technical knowledge.
- Fully funded qualifications and learning courses.
