Year 1 Classroom Teacher | Hackney | Start April 2024
A warm and welcoming Primary School in Hackney has an opening for an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join them in their lovely school after the Easter Holidays in April. The successful candidate will have a drive to be a fantastic and committed KS1 Teacher and be passionate about education and supporting students learning. Aside from that, the successful Year 1 Teacher will need to be able to work collaboratively with the school team and lead staff to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

About you, the Year 1 Teacher:

• 1+ years experience as a Primary School Teacher, Year 1 Teacher experience desirable
• ECT or PGCE qualification with QTS
• A growth mind-set
• Delivering a range of subjects including maths and English
• Managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class
• Encouraging the development of social skills and supporting students' individual needs
• Participating in team meetings and training programmes as an active member of a team
• Dedication to teaching engaging lessons and inspiring the students
• Up to date enhanced DBS
