Passenger Service Agent:


Passenger Service Agent Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet passengers including VIP's
  • Checkin passengers and make sure security compliance is adhered to
  • Book and amend itineraries
  • Flight preparation and seat planning
  • Lost and found enquiries inc baggage services

Passenger Service Agent Skills Required:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate and able to learn new systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a time pressured environment
  • Able to speak Japanese would be advantageous but not essential
