Description
The Placement Systems Compliance Team supports the Faculty's extensive statutory placement activity using a bespoke placement management information system. This Administrator post is responsible for supporting the Senior Administrators and Placement Systems Compliance Manager.


If you are a proactive experienced administrator with excellent organisation and communication skills, together with the ability to work accurately and flexibly in a busy and constantly changing environment, then this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Under direction of the Senior Administrator and as a member of the team your role would include:


  • Communicate with system users to answer enquiries and resolve queries
  • Support the maintenance and development of the placement management information system
  • Process information, correspondence and documentation to enable the Faculty to meet the professional body requirements and enable placement compliance
  • Collection, analysis and reporting of data
  • Organise and support training
  • Provide administrative support to senior placement academics through organising and minuting meetings
  • Maintain training guides and information
You will work primarily on the Plymouth city centre campus.

Whilst most of your time will be spent on campus, you may be able to work from home in a way that is balanced with the needs of the role, usually for part of your working week.

We work in a very digital way using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom but we also prioritise face-to-face contact for collaboration and team building.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
