- Interpret HR/Payroll information for the production of reports - trend analysis, assessing data, suggesting recommendations and assumptions
- Design and develop reports
- Monitor/audit data entry into the HR systems
- Deploy automation wherever possible to improve overall efficiency
- Resolve customer queries related to HR systems & management information
- Knowledge of management reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Excel
- Experience of using strong analytical techniques
- The ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data in order to provide concise, summarised analysis

Come and join our People Hub team as a People MI & Analytics Analyst
You will be a part of a friendly and supportive Systems and Management Information Team within a fast paced and digitally driven HR Shared Service Centre.
In this customer focused role, you will produce reports and analyse information for HR. You will also have the opportunity to support with system development and new system implementations.
This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week in our Stockton on Tees office.
