The Company:


Responsibilities:


  • Management and support of AWS and VMWare ESXi infrastructure
  • Management and monitoring of all servers, services and backup solutions
  • Management and support of firewall services
  • Management and support of VOIP solution
  • Troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and preventative maintenance
  • Estate and infrastructure management updating and managing OS / patch management across the server environment
  • Managing external suppliers and vendors as required,
  • Interacting with and supporting both local and international Development and Project Management teams

Technical Expereince:


  • Microsoft Server 2012 through 201
  • Fundamental services including but not limited to LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, IPv4, DHCP, GPO's
  • Awareness of other services such as backup technologies, SSO, External DNS, VMware ESX
  • Core cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, O365)
  • Cisco Meraki technologies (Firewalls, Switches and AP's)
  • Working with and effectively supporting global satellite offices
  • VOIP systems and teams calling integration
  • Replication technology awareness
  • Ability to implement a new network end to end
  • Performing root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure issues to do not reoccur
