Our client a successful International Business with a number of offices across the UK are looking to hire an experienced

Buying Co-Ordinator - Buying Assistant - Buying Administrator - Procurement Co-Ordinator - Procurement Assistant - Procurement Administrator

To their small friendly team based in Leicester.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and maintain stock levels to meet current and future demand
  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers
  • Support Purchasing manager in all key areas
  • Prepare and send purchase orders, update records
  • Follow up and review product deliveries, issuing purchase orders/sales orders and resolving any discrepancies

Skills, Experience Attributes:

  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Hardworking with a cando attitude

The Package:

  • Permanent Appointment
  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- £22,000-£25,000 + Bonus

  • Pension
  • On Site Parking
