Our client a successful International Business with a number of offices across the UK are looking to hire an experiencedBuying Co-Ordinator - Buying Assistant - Buying Administrator - Procurement Co-Ordinator - Procurement Assistant - Procurement Administrator
To their small friendly team based in Leicester.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Forecast and maintain stock levels to meet current and future demand
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers
- Support Purchasing manager in all key areas
- Prepare and send purchase orders, update records
- Follow up and review product deliveries, issuing purchase orders/sales orders and resolving any discrepancies
Skills, Experience Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Great communication skills
- Computer literate
- Hardworking with a cando attitude
The Package:
- Permanent Appointment
- 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- Pension
- On Site Parking
