Job Title - Unified Communications Consultant

Location - remote, or office based if preferable

Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + package


Concept Resourcing have been engaged by a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, to find an experienced Microsoft Teams specialist to join their organisation.

This role will involve taking technical ownership of the full project lifecycle, with a focus on customerengagement and consultation on solutions, and designs.

This will be focused on Microsoft Teams Room based projects.

The Role

  • Engage with customers to find the best solution for them, including leading customer facing workshops and presentations
  • Design and pricing of solutions, and produce Scope of Works for all quotations
  • Produce detailed design documentation around meeting room related IT services from cloud, networks, audio, visual, and security
  • Take technical ownership for all solutions designed
  • Strong previous knowledge of the Microsoft Teams ecosystem
  • Experience designing meeting room solutions
  • Strong customer facing and presentation skills
  • Full project lifecycle experience
  • Knowledge of the wider M365 tech stack
