Compass Associates are proud to be working with a provider of support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service based in Farnham.

This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of this 'Good' rated service, reporting to and working alongside the senior management team you will be taking in the CQC Registration for a successful and settled residential home.

Work Pattern Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service + on call with the rest of the management team.

Excellent knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards
Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism
Good links with the Local Authority
