Description
The role will include event support, multi-media content production and customer communications across all the bank's marketing channels.


This role will give you the opportunity to work across the Marketing team and responsibility to manage your own projects too.

Description

  • Proofreading copy to ensure it adheres to the bank's corporate identity guidelines (fonts/styles/branding)
  • Assist with managing the Events and Replies mailboxes
  • Assist with planning and delivering virtual, inperson and hybrid events
  • Working with senior colleagues to create and edit content for all marketing channels
  • Publish content via social media, the website and the internal Hub as required
  • Assist with editing video content, podcasts and imagery for use on external channels
  • Manage the marketing assets repository and meet compliance requirements
  • Liaise with external suppliers as appropriate
  • Support project and budget planning and tracking
  • Support the preparation of marketing reports, analysis and presentations using relevant system/software, e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Campaigner
  • Compile marketing reports

Profile

  • Previous experience delivering effective marketing and communications campaigns and a background in event marketing would be desirable. (min. 2 years)
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher etc. required
  • Up to date knowledge of marketing and communications tools
  • Selfmotivated, excellent communicator and an eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and able to able to prioritise your workload while supporting multiple projects
  • Experience developing and sharing social media content is desired
