Working as an inspirational Sous Chef, you will assist in controlling resources and supporting the team. Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

Talented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for culinary excellence
Experience in delivering dishes to a high standard, reflecting the quality expected of a luxury brand
Knowledge of monitoring food costs percentages and assisting with budgets
Ability to lead the kitchen professionally in the absence of the Head Chef
Skilled in staff training and development, creating a positive working environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across the Estate
Creativity to support the development and implementation of new menus

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver dishes of the highest standard
Assist in monitoring food costs percentages and contribute to budget management
Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
Contribute to staff rota development and actively participate in staff training
Ensure a smooth induction process for new starters, fostering a positive working environment
Collaborate with various departments to explore unique twists and enhance the dining experience
Support the creation and implementation of new menus, showcasing culinary creativity
