Job Description Finance Manager Required

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Leicestershire based Charitable organisation, as they look to recruit a new Finance Manager to join their best in class Finance department.

My client is able to offer a hybrid working model once probation has been passed (2 days from home) with a 37.The offered salary for this role is £46,170 + an extensive benefits package.

It is also worth noting that this position could also be offered on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).

Ensure that proper records are kept of all financial transactions, that all income is properly recorded and banked and that all expenditure is properly recorded and paid
Providing such support and assistance to the Finance Team in order to meet their reporting requirements
Preparing the draft annual budget in conjunction with the Departmental Budget holders for review by the Director of Finance
Regularly reviewing the financial management and financial administration systems, ensuring that there are adequate financial controls
Ensure all company secretarial, statutory and legal obligations are met on behalf of the Board

Charity/Not-for-Profit sector experience
Excellent knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, systems and software packages
Fully qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA or CIMA (or equivalent)
