Pyramid8 are recruiting a Claims Administrator on behalf of construction company offering top quality building, renovation and maintenance services to customers across Northern England.
The purpose of this role is to assist the New Claims Manager with compliance in relation to client SLA's, support the Surveying team in achieving set budgets and the Repairs team with variations.
To assist the operational teams with final accounts and variations.To assist the surveying team on achieving monthly budgets are set.
Update client portals and company database with accurate information
Complete a planning for profit calculation on all projects
Complete risk assessments
Cover for New Claims Manager when required
Produce weekly / monthly reports to monitor SLA compliance on site visits & submission of estimates and distribute to relevant teams.
IT literate with experience of software packagesAbility to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels
