Trade Risk Management Administrator - up to £32,000pa + Excellent Benefits Package/Bonus and Hybrid Working

OVERVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION


Following this role being shared by two colleagues as additional duties, this newly created administration role has been approved due to volume business and sits within a department who comprise of a Manager, Assistant Manager, and wider team of nine colleagues.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in a busy support role and will report to the Transaction Processing Manager and complete an allocated workload efficiently within the team, and act as the central point of contact for the team liaising with theManager for all resolution.


KEY DUTIES/
EXPERIENCE

  • Acting as the department IT point of contact and administrator including escalating issues and queries to the IT department for resolution, and feeding back to the team
  • To cover administration tasks for privacy, security, assurance, and compliance (SSDL Trade Risk Management) when an administrator in SSDL is absent
  • Supporting with the administration of the department budget planning and preparation. Organising team meetings as required
  • Document Management, to organise and sort documents and files, including archiving

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Supporting as a team administrator who ideally has some understanding of finance and budgets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with relationship building skills
  • Experience in providing administrative support for a team/department
  • Proactive and ability to use own initiative to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills including welltimed information sharing, consulting, and reporting
  • Proficient knowledge of computer skills including MS Outlook; MS Excel; MS Teams
  • Comfortable working accurately with documentation and reporting
  • Willingness to learn and develop potential
  • Basic knowledge of risk and accounting matters
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience supporting a team in an administrative role
  • Experience working within a multicultural business environment is preferred
