Interim HR Manager - £21.97 per hour (£


Interim HR Manager required to provide all aspects of HR services to the organisation working with senior managers, to support line managers and staff, and managing and developing processes and policies, recruitment, learning and development., and employeerelation matters.

This is a superb 3-4 month temp role at a delightful Victoria based Charity. Mainly office based with the possibility of 1 day per week at home.


Duties

  • Managing ER casework and supporting managers in people related matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management
  • Liaise with the external employment lawyers to make robust risk assessments on disciplinary and staff performance issues
  • Ensure there is a clear and transparent salary range, job description, terms and conditions across the organization
  • Running recruitment processes for staff, working with recruiting managers to define job priorities, timelines and approach, overseeing creation of new job descriptions, ensuring satisfactory preemployment checks are completed and drafting contracts.
  • To oversee staff attendance, holiday, and absence monitoring.
  • Assisting with managing the monthly payroll process
  • Leading and managing onboarding and induction to new starters, working with the relevant line manager to ensuring the standard organisational induction programme and mandatory training is completed
  • Supporting line managers to ensure supervision, probation plans and annual appraisals are carried out with consistency and working with managers to facilitate resulting professional development.
  • Ensuring exit interviews are carried out, analysing and reporting on findings
  • In collaboration with HRIS Manager, production of quarterly and annual HR reports. HRrelated data analysis and comprehensive reporting which outlines key trends and areas of focus, including absence, turnover etc.
  • Work with managers to ensure all areas have a comprehensive training plan
  • Line management of HR administrator, including providing and coaching to the HR administrator
