    Project Manager

    Overview
    We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee some of the new projects that we have secured.

    The responsibilities are to take a project from the design stage and direct the project team of client, designers, engineers, site supervisors and sub-contractors.


    The role requires the candidate to have Technical and Commercial experience to ensure the project is delivered safely to budget and on time.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Focussing on HVAC systems and electrics, our work delivers comfortable environments and always considers the need to reduce both emissions and energy consumption.

    Specialists in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial and commercial building services

    Delivered by a dedicated project manager working to set deadlines and budgets, with minimum disruption and downtime.

    Experienced across multiple sectors and industries – including office spaces, retail outlets, hotels, schools and so many more.

    Experience/Roles

    • Proven experience in running small to medium size contracts.
    • Self-Motivation and Independent
    • IT Skills – Excel, Project and Word
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Carrying out risk assessments and method statements
    • Attending progress and programme meetings
    • Monthly commercial applications
    • Issuing technical submittals in cooperation with the design team

    Experience:
    Project Management: 3 years (preferred)

    Licence/Certification: CSCS Manager (preferred)
