This privately owned agency is going through a further stage of growth and is looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants across its offices in the Cambridgeshire and Essex areas.

Working in HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech / Digital, Office Support and Exec and Professional they have a quality-focused approach and offer a relaxed and supportive culture with lots of autonomy and no micro-management.

They are happy to look at Recruiters from other sectors and those who have at least 6 months experience as a 360 recruitment Consultant.


Opportunities available in Cambridge, Ipswich, Chelmsford and Norwich offices

PERSON - Recruitment Consultant

  • 6 months + as a 360 recruitment Consultant
  • Proven ability in winning new client business
  • Ambitious, selfstarter who performs best without KPI's
  • A teamplayer with a focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
