My client is looking for a Transport Administrator which involvesa high level of customer service as well as administrative duties.
**Transport AdministratorTemporary**
Redditch
£12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Key responsibilities include:
- Deal with customer enquiries and take orders for products
- Input orders onto computer system to produce paperwork as appropriate to the sale
- Liaise with carriers on delivery enquiries and keep the customer informed
- Raise internal paperwork, collection notes, and credit requests.
- General Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Telephone experience gained from prior Customer Service experience
- Administrative background
- Computer literate able to work with excel and other Microsoft tools
- Able to work independently and work well under pressure
- Transport / Logistics background would be very advantageous
