- Assist with tax planning and strategy development for clients
- Assist in tax audits and respond to tax authorities' inquiries
- Stay compliant with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments such as audit and consulting to provide comprehensive client services
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Review financial statements and other relevant documents for tax implications
- Ability to work well in a team and supervise junior staff members.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel
