My client, a media business based near
Blackfriars/Farringdon/Chancery Lane Station, is seeking an
AR/Billing Specialistto join them whilst they go through an incredible period of growth


THE ROLE

  • Prepare customer invoices for submission
  • Liaise with sales department and relevant account managers regarding all relevant billing details
  • Maintain billing schedules in an effective manner
  • Monitoring of customer accounts in relation to delayed/nonpayments or any irregularities
  • Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure that all payments are correctly posted
  • Resolve client's billing issues and verify discrepancies as the arise
  • Take part in month end duties/task
  • Help in revenue reporting at month end
  • Help to continuously develop and improve internal processes an aspect of this in 2023 is to implement an automated billing platform

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience of SAP B1 is highly desirable
  • Significant experience in an Accounts Receivable/CC role.
  • Knowledge of resolving complex queries
  • Confidence in working with complex and large datasets
  • Numerate and logical mind set with strong Excel skills.
  • Positive cando attitude.
  • Personal drive & initiative and works well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise their own workload and meet deadlines accordingly.
