Our client is one of the leading independent estate agents, they are lettings and property management specialists. They are looking for a property manager or a senior PM to join their centralised division in SW London.
The roleAre you an experienced property manager? The property manager will report to the head of management. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branches.
Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancy.
Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements.
Visit properties at least twice a year.

Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar property sector roleLevel 3 ARLA certified, preferred but not essential.
