    The role:

    Due to continued expansion, this firm is seeking a Health, Social Care & Regulatory Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE to further strengthen its offering out of Bristol.

    This area of law is diverse and challenging, and on offer is the chance to join a team that deals with a wide range of matters pertaining to human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, complaints and disputes, HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement, education, children law, challenges to decision-making in health and social care.

    They also handle complex litigation in the Court of Protection.

    Therefore, this role would suit someone with a track record in advising clients on a range of health, social care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious, as well as Court or Protection litigation.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Some experience with Health & Social Care AND/OR Court or Protection matters
    • A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients whilst working under pressure
    • Team player, with the temperament to form strong and sustained working partnerships
