This dynamic City firm is looking to hire two lawyers to join their expanding trade and export finance team.

You will be advising a broad range of funders and borrowers on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending securitisation and debt capital markets.

Clients include all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds as well as borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises.
