- Providing support to members of the Residential Conveyancing Department, including those working remotely, utilising winscribe digital dictation.
- Assisting in the progression of conveyancing transactions, including exchanging contracts, preparing legal documents, dealing with completion statements, raising invoices, and completing forms online.
- Managing a busy workload with confidence and initiative.
- Assisting with Reception cover during lunchtime and absences.
- Providing secretarial support to residential conveyancing lawyers.
- Taking a proactive approach to meet departmental needs.
- You will ideally have a law degree or equivalent qualification.
- You will have previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal role.
- You will have strong organisational and administrative skills.
- You will have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- You will have a proactive and positive attitude towards work.
- You will be competent in Microsoft Word and other Office applications.
