Job Overview:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating rental transactions, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring smooth property management processes.

We are looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable about the rental market but also possesses strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a supportive team, access ongoing training and development opportunities, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property details.
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
Stay uptodate with market trends and changes in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is beneficial.
