- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with a diverse set of business and technical stakeholder groups
- Ability to lead teams and take accountability for delivery
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with Specialty and Reinsurance Modelling data / processes
- Experience on data visualisation and reporting tools like Power BI
- Demonstratable interest and awareness in emerging technologies
- Previous experience as a team lead/scrum-master, experience of Agile and traditional SDLC delivery
