- Engage internally with Design and Commercial colleagues to assess National Grid proposals to ensure solutions are technically and commercially acceptable for us and our customers.
- Develop processes, rules and criteria to review customer major connection projects and understand the readiness of the project to proceed in order to manage the queue priorities (eject and advance).
- Recommend actions to actively manage the connections pipeline with promotion of customers on flexible access arrangements and recycling of capacity not used by stalled projects.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret information regarding customer projects and apply judgement to decision making.
