- Being involved within Project work such as brand new Office implementations, migrations, hardware deployments.
- Previous IT support experience, at least 2 years
- IP addressing, subnets, firewall implementation, routing
- Microsoft 365 / Windows Server / Active Directory
- Networking - Including DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP/VLAN/VoIP/SIP
- Any exposure to RMM/PSA software

IT Support Engineer
My client, a Microsoft Partnered Managed Services & Telecommunications Provider, are looking to expand their team and are on the lookout for an experienced IT Support Engineer.
With 50% of the role being field based, you would be travelling out to clients' sites and providing 1st - 3rd Line support around Shropshire, The Midlands and North Wales.
