Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling various immigration and asylum casesProviding legal advice and representation to clients in immigration proceedings.
Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
Drafting legal documents, including applications, affidavits, and submissions.
Communicating with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with other members of the legal team and supporting colleagues as needed.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client matters.


Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (at least 3-4 years PQE)Proven experience in immigration law, with a strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience working with fee sharing arrangements preferred but not required.
Local to Croydon or willing to relocate.
Fee Sharing basis- Fee/ percentage will be discussed at the end of the interview based on the qualifications, skills and the interview performance
