As our Legal Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing Jet2holidays' legal claims and documentation. Your responsibilities will involve a wide array of tasks, with a primary focus on handling cases related to injury, illness, and direct customer complaints. Your expertise in navigating legal procedures and your commitment to ensuring compliance will be crucial in upholding our and Jet2holidays standards of excellence.

What you'll be doing:

You'll work with external handlers, insurers, and brokers to ensure effective administration of claims, including notifications of claims to insurers & notification to CRU.

You'll provide regular, informative reporting of claim data to the business as required.

You'll action incoming and outgoing post, as required.

You'll provide administrative support to the Legal Services Team as a whole, as required.

You'll undertake any other reasonable request from management.

Previous administrative experience in a legal support function would be desirable.
