We are looking for a Bodyshop Paint Technician to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Doncaster on Wheatley Hall Road.

£34,000 OTE
Plus 30 days (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service to 33 days, maternity enhancement, Cycle2Work scheme, contributory workplace pension scheme, referral schemes, plus other benefits and incentives

The Bodyshop Paint Technician role:

Burrows invests heavily in the development of its team members. You will be enrolled onto courses relevant to you and this role. As your career progresses, we offer fantastic opportunities to develop within the group, as we encourage personal growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To reinstate by preparation and refining techniques using the appropriate materials and agreed manufacturer process vehicle paintwork to an acceptable company Quality Standard. Maintaining good levels of working relationships with all colleagues andmanufacturer representatives.
  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained and fully serviceable, reporting any defects.
  • Carrying out repairs and paintwork in link with pre-determined repair methodology and job card instructions.
  • Attaining efficiency, utilisation and productivity targets set by Bodyshop Manager in line with departmental budgets and targets.

About you:


  • You will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Body and Paint Operations (Refinishing).
  • You will have skilled working knowledge of all vehicle preparation and polishing techniques.
  • Must have full UK driving licence
