    Advanced Infrastructure Solution Specialist (Classified)

    Chippenham – Hybrid

    Up to £35,000 (£47K OTE)

    Role Overview:

    In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted consultant to both new and existing clients, assisting them in navigating the challenges of modernizing and scaling their infrastructure for optimal efficiency, performance, and security. Key responsibilities include:

    • Keeping abreast of market demands and trends to continually refine the HI portfolio.
    • Assessing, designing, and delivering end-to-end HI solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
    • Leveraging a range of assessment tools to architect, size, and configure HI solutions effectively.
    • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and complementary solutions.
    • Proactively disseminating product updates and relevant information to maximize solution profitability.
    • Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within basic Bill of Material (BoM) requests.
    • Continuously certifying and enhancing expertise in key vendors such as HPE, DELL, Cisco, and Aruba, among others.
    • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients, vendors, and service partners.
      • Providing ongoing support and management for existing customer technology and software plans.

    Requirements:

    • Self-motivated with a positive outlook.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
    • University degree or equivalent qualifications preferred but not essential.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
    • Strategic mindset with the capability to align business plans with company objectives.

    Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the technology sector.
    • Previous exposure to server or datacenter solutions is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with enterprise computer hardware, software, and datacenter solutions preferred.
    • Demonstrated organizational prowess and teamwork capabilities.
    • Effective time management and planning skills.
