We are seeking an experiencedOperations Managerwith a construction / engineering background to join a well-established and successful engineering inspections company.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of inspections whilst maintaining compliance with ISO 17020 and UKAS accreditation standards.
Compliance & Accreditation - maintain a thorough understanding of LOLER, PSSR, COSHH, PUWER, and other relevant regulationsClient Relations - serve as a key contact for clients and collaborate with the sales and business development teams
Health & Safety - champion a safety-first culture and implement / enforce safety protocols and risk assessments
Bachelors degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering field
Full UK driving license due to travel within the role
