Field Service / Commissioning Engineer

Salary - £45,000 (Plus Overtime / Door to Door pay) National (mostly England and Wales) We are recruiting for our client who is a leading manufacturer of dust and fume extraction systems, who are seeking a field Service Engineer with commissioning experience.

This is due to their continued growth within the UK. This client supplies to industries such as woodworking, waste and recycling, food, automotive, aerospace and plastics.

Working within an established team, this position is to travel to all commercial customers around the UK to commission dust and fume extraction systems and ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.

You will also be responsible for preventative maintenance visits on customers sites to ensure the systems continue to operate safely and effectively.

This role requires commissioning experience with LEV or HVAC systems, and to be confident to be able to carry out this role remotely to a high standard, whilst reporting back to the Operations Director.

It is also essential that you have completed qualifications P601 and P604, to ensure you have the essential understanding of local exhaust ventilation systems.

It is also important you can compile the correct technical reports to confirm compliance with the health and safety regulations.

The Role,

• Preventative Maintenance visits on Customer sites.
• Commissioning of extraction systems around the UK.
• To ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems
• To review technical documentation, conduct equipment checks and system tests, and prepare test reports to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
