Sales Executive - Bournemouth - up to £27,000 DOE + bonus
Our client, a prestige jeweller in Bournemouth, is looking for a new Sales Executive to join their team.

The role will require customers to be treated with respect and catering to their needs every step of the way.

As a Sales executive you will be required to build relationships with clients, helping with displays and handling precious items.

The working hours are Monday - Saturday 8.45am - 5pm, you will receive a day off in the week for the Saturday worked, every 6 weeks is a 3-day weekend.


Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing and involved in client meeting and presentations on products.
  • Watch waiting list management for clients
  • Completing the interest free credit approvals
  • Taking in watch repairs and updating clients on the status.
  • Managing expectations and liaising with the suppliers
  • Upselling additional repair items and any other items that are of interest.
  • Processing jobs and preparing written estimates.
  • Speaking to customer over the phone and face to face, managing expectations.
  • Dealing with valuations and estimates for replacement of missing items.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working with high value items.
  • Ability to build relationships with all walks of life and nurture for long term sales.
  • Excellent sales experience and face to face customer service.
  • Well presented with excellent clear communication.
  • Attention to detail
