    As the Electrical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical installations and ensuring the successful delivery of commercial solar and battery projects.

    Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and timely completion of projects.


    Project Management:
    Coordinate and manage electrical aspects of commercial solar and battery projects from inception to completion.
    Supervise and motivate electrical teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure electrical installations meet industry standards, regulations, and company specifications.

    Resource Management:
    Oversee resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimise project efficiency.
    Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and proposing innovative solutions.
    Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address electrical requirements and maintain positive relationships.

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, reports, and compliance certificates.

    Electrical Qualifications:
    Experienced Electrical Manager or Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    Experience:
    Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
    Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.
    Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.

    Driving License:
    Valid UK driving license.
