- Execute batch manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP standards.
- Support the scale-up of manufacturing operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Draft and update SOPs and batch records to ensure process consistency.
- Record all activities and deviations within the QMS to maintain compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Collaborate with the team to conduct process risk assessments.
- Uphold cleanliness and sterility standards in the laboratory environment.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Science, Biotechnology, or Immunology-related field.
- Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is essential.
- Proficiency in multi-parameter Flow Cytometry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
