Position Overview:

As a Production Scientist you will play a vital role in the development and manufacturing of novel products derived from Process Development. Working within a team in a GMP environment, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to SOPs, maintaining quality management systems (QMS), and fostering a clean and sterile laboratory environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute batch manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP standards.
• Support the scale-up of manufacturing operations while maintaining quality standards.
• Draft and update SOPs and batch records to ensure process consistency.
• Record all activities and deviations within the QMS to maintain compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct process risk assessments.
• Uphold cleanliness and sterility standards in the laboratory environment.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Science, Biotechnology, or Immunology-related field.
• Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is essential.
• Proficiency in multi-parameter Flow Cytometry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
