We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced weight management and/or health and fitness professional to help deliver our successful lifestyle weight management programme.

The programme is available for people with a BMI of 30 or over, or anyone with a BMI of 25 or above who is also in a black or minority ethnic group, or has conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease or hypertension.

You will assess and support clients on their weight loss and positive health and wellbeing journey.

You will be qualified to Level 3 in exercise referral, Level 2 in coaching or Level 2 in exercise nutrition.

You will have a sound knowledge of obesity management and exercise referral systems. You will have the ability to plan and deliver practical workshop sessions to a high standard. You will have the skills to motivate people and address sensitive issues. You will have knowledge of behaviour change issues in relation to weight loss. You will be organised, experienced in multi-agency working and have a strong commitment to improving health

Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
