My client is a leading Lettings agency based in East London that has grown from strength to strength, led by industry experts.

They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their busy team.

As the Lettings Progressor/ Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Lettings Manager and three others in the team whilst being the conduit between the Property Managers and contractors.


  • Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience.


  • Working Hours: Mon

  • Fri. 9am 6pm
  • Cool offices in a bustling East London location.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing keys for contractors, tenants
- etc.

  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers.
  • Progress lettings deals via Goodlord ensuring referencing, right to rent checks, move in monies and compliance is completed in time for move ins.
  • Upload pretenancy works invoices to inhouse accounting software.
  • Liaise with lettings team / assistant manager on ongoing deals to ensure they go ahead smoothly within agreed deadlines.
  • Arrange pretenancy maintenance works.
  • Chase / obtain landlord compliance and terms of business.
  • Register deposits
  • Update CRM system with status of deal both on client and customer side.
  • Weekly reporting to Head of Lettings on team stats, KPI's and progress.
  • Conduit to PM & manage contractor relationships
  • Property Management cover when the Property Management team are on annual leave or off sick.
  • HMO onboarding (furniture, utilities etc.)
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Lettings Administration/ Tenancy Progression, Property Administration or Tenancy Management.
  • Previous experience using Goodlord would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience working on property CRM systems such as Veco, Reapit, Alto, CFP or Vebra etc.
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and good at identifying new and improved ways of streamlining processes.
  • Strong communication skills and confident dealing with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors alike.
  • Helpful, proactive and enjoys supporting a team.
  • Strong administration skills and able to adapt to a growing and evolving business.
  • Team player with a positive can do attitude, happy to "muck in" and get involved with the day to day to help the senior management team.
