    Are you a passionate and skilled Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team at Sam's Genuine Restaurants and become part of a rapidly growing company with a reputation for culinary excellence.

    We are currently seeking a talented Café Supervisor to join our team for our next opening, Sam's Larder, in Brentford.


    Sam's Larder is an extension of Sam's Waterside - Critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar - serving coffees, pastries, sandwiches, with shelves all around filled with everything we adore.

    Think cheeses from Neal's Yard, bread, pastries, biscuits & savouries from Seven Seeded, British charcuterie from Cobble Lane, we have hundreds of lines from artisan producers as well as wines from the Sam's restaurant wine list.

    We get deliveries direct from New Covent Garden, Flowers & plants. Our first site opened in Hammersmith in August 2020 and it quickly became a popular destination in the area.

    The position is Full Time, with immediate start.


    Daily tasks will include:
    Presentation of counters, ensuring they are maintained and fully stocked
    Ensuring that the service areas are clean and tidy according to merchandising standards
    Preparation of coffees for eat-in and take-away.
    Service at tables and window counter.
    Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
    Operating and security of tills, temperature control, recording of waste, cleaning and maintenance of machines
    Attending training and meetings as required
    Create appropriate merchandising displays daily.
    Managing day to day running of the shop.
    Monitor sales, stock rotation and wastage.
    To ensure all staff maintains high standards of customer care and relations at all times.
    Deal with enquires and complaints promptly.
    Implement hygiene, legislation and health and safety policies.

    Ensure all stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner using it to its full capabilities.

    Other work as directed by the Directors.

    Experience working in a busy high end restaurant is essential.


    Are you?:
    Reliable, hard working, a team player who is passionate about delivering perfect hospitality in a fast-paced high end restaurant?

    Fully flexible to work evenings, daytimes and weekends?
    Have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment?
    Live within 3 miles from Brentford area or be willing to travel at day and night time. If commuting is not sustainable in the long term, think twice before applying.
