You will be working closely alongside a partner by inheriting a high-quality caseload.
The firm:
This family-friendly firm offer expertise across key practice areas including property, litigation, private client and family law. With a focus on individual services, they harness a good amount of internal cross referral work creating a sense of client familiarity across departments which is very hard to find at the larger practices in the North West.
Being based in Altrincham, the firm has access to HNW individual clients meaning any fee-earner joining the firm has access to a high quality level of work.
The role:
This firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor 5+ years PQE to succeed the current head of department based from their office in Manchester
This is an exciting time to be joining this firm as it continues to establish themselves as experts in family law matters. They cover a broad spectrum of Family Law matters including; private children matters, divorces and ancillary relief, co-habitation matters and much more.
Due to the firms heritage in the area, coupled with the caseload on offer, you will be provided with a good amount of work from your first day. Whilst experience in business development is always advantageous, it is not a requirement.
You will be working closely with the managing partner of the firm, inheriting their caseload giving you the opportunity to put your stamp on a team and a department.
