Our client, a global Investment Management house is looking to hire a
Client Services Associate to join their growing Client Services team in London.
The
Client Services Associate responsibilities will be:
- Work closely with clients, answering all queries whilst providing responses to information related communications.
- Overseeing service and reporting necessities, including maintenance of client account documentation.
- Coordinating and share class launches and fund closures alongside relevant transition events.
- Involvement in adhoc projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Observe daily cash flows and transactions with custodian banks, keeping up to date on regulatory change.
- Communicate with and aid various internal departments including Transition Managers, Portfolio Managers, Traders and the Cash Flow team.
Client Services Associate will have the following credentials:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Client Services within the asset management sector.
- Strong knowledge of institutional markets.
- Keen interest in investment strategies.
- Strong analytical and risk awareness skills alongside ability to organise and prioritise simultaneous tasks.
- Selfmotivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
