    Customer Support Administrator/Client Support/Customer Service - London, United Kingdom - Mason Blake

    Description
    Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the Senior Client Administrator will take on the following dynamic responsibilities :

    Initiate and manage client relationships from inception, collaborating with Investment Managers and coordinating account opening.
    Maintain existing client accounts, conducting periodic AML reviews and managing agreements and sub-accounts.
    Coordinate with third parties on custodial matters and derivative/FFX account openings.
    Proficient in client onboarding procedures, with expertise in KYC/AML/CFT regulations, MIFID, EU Directives, and global tax reporting.
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating sound knowledge of asset management company structures.
    Preferred experience in private client portfolio administration and relevant industry qualifications such as IOC.
