    輸入アドミン・カスタマーサポート

    【給与】

    £30K-

    【ロケーション】

    西ロンドン 週5日オフィス勤務

    【仕事内容】

    ・顧客からの電話、問い合わせ対応

    ・セールスオーダーの入力、編集

    ・請求書発行

    ・発注から納品までの輸入プロセスの調整、管理

    ・税関、食品安全基準、その他の政府規制を含むすべての輸入規制遵守、リサーチ

    ・船荷証券、原産地証明書などの輸入書類の作成と処理。
    ・クライアントリストの管理

    ・SOA発行、発送

    ・事務所内備品の管理、補充

    ・同僚休暇時の業務フォロー

    【応募要件】

    ・ビジネスレベル以上の英語、日本語
    ・オフィスマネジメント経験者優遇

    【ビザ】

    英国でビザのスポンサーなく就労可能なビザをお持ちの方のみご応募可能です。(YMS、学生ビザをお持ちの方からのご応募は残念ながら受け付けておりません。)
