Customer Service Support - Cloud Software Provider

As you gain experience, your role will become increasingly consultative and advisory.

Opportunity to choose your own career path, either developing into a more senior and managerial role or moving towards other areas within Customer Success.

What would make you a good fit?

  • Bachelor's degree or experience working in a technical customer service or software support environment.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware & software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in technology, HR sector or knowledge of HR processes advantageous
  • Fluency in a second European language nice to have, but not essential (Spanish or Italian would be a bonus)


You don't need an IT background, but you do need to be bright and passionate about Customer Service & Support with an interest in Tech.


Salary:
£24k - £27k (DOE) plus 25 days holidays + bank holidays, flexible working hours, regular social events, remotely and in person.

Environment:
Friendly and supportive, collaborative, diverse and trusting. 25 days holidays + bank holidays, flexible working hours, regular social events, remotely and in person.

Hybrid - required to work from London office once a week.
